About Greg
Greg Whitlock announced his candidacy for Mayor of the City of Duluth, Georgia. This follows the recent announcement that longtime Mayor Nancy Harris will retire from the city government at the end of her term in 2023. Greg has resided in the city for over 20 years, and beyond his service on council, owns and operates a local insurance agency in Duluth. Greg is excited for this new opportunity to continue to serve Duluth. For over 20 years, Duluth has been the community for his family, finances, fellowship, and faith. He has raised a family here, remained actively engaged in our civic, faith, and business communities, and he continues to have a passion for the city's future. Greg resides in Norman Downs with his wife, Barbara, home to their two children, Andrew and Olivia.
